THE BABY ROSE FAE
Fairies whisper softly,
against the morning breeze
Butterflies dance by
on wings of emerald green
Flowers breathe in deeply
of summers fragrant morn
Drinking in the dew
that trickles soft and warm
Against a fallen petal
a fairy sits serene
Her fragile wings all covered
in fairy dust that gleams
The sunlight streams softly,
through tree tops above
Making her face glow,
so radiant with love
A picture of serenity,
a picture of peace
A beautiful fairy baby in a garden, oh so sweet
The petals feel like velvet, the sun warm against her skin
She'll sleep here like an angel, until it's time to play again
